  • Can I vary my services?
    Doggie Solutions can design a service plan that meets your specific needs. Discounts are given for combo services.


  • How do I pay?
    Doggie Solutions accepts cash and checks only. Payments should be received prior to service at the beginning of each month. Payments can be left at your home in a designated area for a Doggie Solutions representative to pick-up during a visit or can be mailed to: 250 Taylor Avenue, Bellevue, KY 41073. There is a $25 fee on all checks returned from the bank.


  • How does a pet care giver gain access to my home?
    Most clients give a key (or security pass code) to Doggie Solutions after the initial meet and greet. If your key is not given at this time, there is a $15 Key Pick-Up Fee. We can keep the key on file if you decide to use our services often, or we can leave it in your home or with a neighbor at the end of a visit, which ever you prefer. If at any time you cancel your services with Doggie Solutions, a key on file is returned.


  • What is your cancelation policy?
    We have a 7-day cancellation policy for any of our services. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled visit are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before your scheduled visit are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.


  • Is there a contract I need to sign?
    A contract is signed and agreed upon by the pet owner and Doggie Solutions to benefit both parties. Contracts simply state the services to be provided and the frequency of service along with the fees and payment information. Contracts may be cancelled at any time, but must adhere to our cancellation policy.
